The white fluffy clouds rolled in to shield the blazing sun. The light became soft and a gentle breeze caressed our faces as we made our way through Steveston village in Richmond. Kristyn and I came to Garry Point Park, where we met Tammy and Cedric, where we had Garry Point Park Couples photos.
I had the pleasure of joining in a shoot with Kristyn Harder Photography that fine afternoon, who came to visit Vancouver from Alberta. Kristyn had posted on Instagram to announce that she will be coming for a few days, and I had reached out to her in response to see if she would be up for lunch or a drink. We were excited to meet, and she invited me to join her on a shoot that day.
I was so glad I said yes. We had so much fun during that hour we were with Tammy and Cedric, treading through the grassy areas, meandering down the beach and ending up on the beach and into the waters of the Strait of Georgia, all the while capturing their love for each other, even as a married couple! Who says that couples photos are limited to engagement and wedding only?? I love how they continue to believe in getting portraits taken to document their journey of love even after the wedding day!
Tammy and Cedric, I pray that you two will love each other more and more each day, for many years to come! Marriage is not easy, but it is oh so beautiful! You two are beautiful together <3. Talk soon!
